WAKAMAYU

Ingredients: Qollque Acholado / 2 ounces / Strawberry liquor / ¼ ounce / Fresh Tangelo juice / 3 ounces / Fresh Pomegranate juice / 1 ounce

Preparation: Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Serve the mix in a chilled Martini glass. Decorate with Pomegranate seeds in the bottom of the glass and place a round slice of Pomegranate floating on top of the mix with a couple of pomegranate seed on top.

Tips: You get the Pomegranate juice by placing the pomegranate seeds with their pulp ion a blender for about 06 seconds and then strain the mix. The final sweetness of the cocktail can be adjusted by adding in a couple of drops of Simple syrup to the Pomegranate juice.
CHILCANITO DE MANZANA

Ingredients: Qollque Italia / 2 ounces / Apple liquor / ½ ounce / Green Apple / ½ fruit / Ginger Ale / 3 ounces

Preparation:Mix all the ingredients, except the ginger ale, in a blender for approximately 15 seconds. Pour the mix directly into a Collins or High Ball glass with plenty of ice using a strainer. Finally, add in the Ginger Ale. Decorate with a round slice of Lemon in the glass and an apple wedge on the side of the glass. A green cherry is optional.

Tips: We recommend using homemade ice, that is, large solid chunks that will not melt quickly and water down the drink.
